This cream sinks into the skin easily. It's deceptive how it appears thick in the pot, but becomes "thin" when I rubbed it onto my skin, i.e. one application didn't feel like it was really moisturizing my skin. However, I did like the rose scent. I love the Botanics brand and have been using it for years, but I selected this cream because my favorite face cream (Botanics day shift moisture cream with rice bran protein and honey for normal / dry skin) was not available on drugstore.com. I probably wouldn't buy this particular cream again, rather I'd hold out for my favorite one, even if that means making a trip to England!

I bought this because I can no longer afford my favorite cream from Jurlique. I am pretty pleased with this product, especially the amount you get for the price. I use it morning and night and it absorbs well on my skin (I have mostly normal skin). It doesn't feel greasy and the scent is hardly noticeable to me. I didn't break out at all when I changed and I've been using this for several weeks now. I wish it was all organic but I'll take 85%. I also wish there was an SPF so I could also stop buying my sunscreen from Jurlique, but I saw the cream with SPF from Boots has parabens in it, whaaaaa? Terrible! Anyway, try this cream.[...]

I used this once and my face dried up and broke out. That has never happened with a face moisturizer before. Plus, the smell was so disgusting to me that I couldn't stand to wait it out to see any results. Waste of money.

At first, I didn't expect too much from Boots Botanics's organic line, but everything--except the lip balm--including this day cream has superb quality. This cream absorbs really quickly and hydrates the skin immediately, leaving no greasy feeling. It can be used around the eyes and lips as well. I have sensitive combo skin and have been using this cream day and night for 2 weeks. It hasn't irritated me so far. I salute Boots Botanics for delivering such an amazing product line at economical prices!
