I have not used a toner in a while and read that many people liked this kind, so I thought I'd try it. I tend to get breakouts heavily once a month, but when they started this month they weren't nearly as bad!

The product itself says it is for fair to dry skin. But I would say it should be used for oily skin. It might because of the season. But I'd say the Thayers rose toner is better in terms of smoothing the skin. The sell is not very attractive as well.

This Boots toner works well, I use it to remove makeup at the end of the day (prior to nightly washing/exfoliating) and it's very gentle but effective. Bonus is that it smells wonderful.
