This scrub is not too bad. It actually has some moisturizing properties to it which is unusual for scrubs. It does seem to get the job done of exfoliating. However, you have to use quite a bit to get an even coat of little scrubbers. Good once a week scrub for dry skin and 2 times a week for oily to normal skin. I'm a licensed esthetician and this scrub is very similiar to the high end type we use at spas.
