I have tried Boot's Intensive Serum that got a great rating from GMA, but this one was better for me. I am in my 50's with extreme dry skin. This serum without question made my skin have a clearer/smoother, and healthier appearance. I also use the Boots 7 night firm/lift cream so I'm not sure how this serum rates for wrinkles, but both together made a definite difference in wrinkle appearance for me and my wrinkles are fairly "deep" since I have had thyroid problems.
