I have a scar on my eyebrow that I thought would never go away. I used other products with little results. My scar is about a yea to two years old so I wasn't expecting too much but thought I'd give it it try based on other users comments.
Within a week I noticed the scar was getting shorter in length and the depth started to fill in. I'm hoping with continued use it will disappear altogether. The serum itself has a nice texture and I do use it on the balance of my face hoping it will improve the texture and size of my pores. Plus it just feels good on your skin. If you've tried other products with little or no results, I recommend you try this product becuase its low cost and it works.

I had acne scars on large area of my face. They are not very severe, but still very noticeable. I got boots a week before and started to apply it on my scars. It feels great and I can tell the redness of my scars is fading. I'm not sure how much it will improve my skin eventually since I have only used it for a week but it definitely works somehow.
I just started to use it as a moisturizer for my whole face from two days before. It have enough moisturizing power for me and controls oil too. And the price is soooooo cheap!

When I lived in England, there was a big discussion in forums about how the ingredients in this were almost exactly the same as what's in the much pricier No7 Protect and Perfect face serum (you can click on the ingredients list yourself to see). Many people started using this as a face serum. I've used both and this does feel the same. The Boots I shopped at stopped carrying it, so I want back to P&P. I think I'll stick with the P&P as I'm so used to it and just love the little tube, but for anyone looking for a budget version of the P&P, this scar cream is the ticket.

I have a scar on my face from slipping in the snow this spring. I haven't seen any results yet, but it's probably too early to tell. I hope it works.

I've been using the scar serum for about a month and I've definitely noticed a difference in the coloration and skin texture of my scars. I got a whole bunch of bug bites on my legs and scratched them to the point where I was left with noticeable raised deep purple scars. These scars have been on my legs since May and I was concerned that they were so pigmented that they wouldn't fade and I'd always have them on my legs. I decided to give the Boots serum a shot and I'm glad I did. Some of the less pigmented scars have almost faded back to my skin tone and the worst of the pigmented scars have faded to a reddish-beige color and are much less noticeable. I'm hoping that in a couple more months after continued use they'll be completely unnoticeable. I'm going to try to start using the serum on some scars on my arms to see if it makes a difference soon. FYI, when you are applying the serum, the directions say to rub in the serum until it absorbs into your skin. I've been doing this faithfully whenever I apply the serum, so this may be part of the success I've seen.

This serum really works. I have remarkable improvement in old scars that were resistant to other brands. Also the raised parts of the scars have softened. With I would have discovered this product a long while ago. Worth the price and easy to use.

i've been using this as acne scars treatment for like a month or two. It seems like it's getting better since my scars are very bad. It might take a while to get them all coverred. I'll continue using this product.
This serum is easy to lay on the skin.

I have never used a Boots product that I did not like, but this is amazing. For a surgery scar I tried Mederma, did not like the texture or the tube container. This product has an excellent consistency, and an easy-to-dispense container. I highly recommend it.
