I use this everyday with a loofah to help remove the dead skin. My face has never been so healthy. I also use the eye make-up remover and moisturizer from the same line of products. Product goes on just like a thin lotion. Boots really means it when they say this is a "lotion" cleanser! This product is very gentle and appropriate for sensitive skin though. You wipe it off with warm cloth. I do this twice. I love it so much. My skin is so soft and it gives you moisture too. Comments about Boots Expert Sensitive Gentle Cleansing Lotion, 6.7 fl oz: I recently bought this product for the first time. I was waiting to use the product until I fnished my Olay Facial Cleanser. I stopped by [...] looking for other Boots products and a rep for Boots was there. I mentioned I bought the cleansing lotion, but hadn't used it yet. She recommened that when using the product, apply to face, and then wipe off with a tissue, do not wash off with water. Great to know. I finally tried using the cleansing lotion and was somewhat disappointed. I wore foundation that day and the cleansing lotion did not remove all my makeup. I think the Boots cleansing lotion is best for days when you don't wear make-up of for morning use. I will fnish using this product, but I will not be buying this again. I will stick with my Olay facial cleanser which is remove my makeup (1 of 2 customers found this review helpful) Was this review helpful?
