I have rosacia, and everything else - even the all-natural toners still made my skin burn and turn red. Most of those had lavender in them, which it turns out I can't tolerate. This one has no lavender, no alcohol, no witch hazel (another irritant) and is fragrance free. It might not be 100% "natural" ingredients, but the ingredients it does have seem to be gentle and are certainly non-irritating on my own skin. And the price is right too!
