I tried this product twice. First time I left it on my face for 5 minutes as directions stated. Did not feel anything. No warm feeling, nothing. I have rather sensitive skin so I was actually a little nervous about using a peel. Second time I left it on longer, 15 minutes, still I felt nothing. The reviews from others persuaded me to try this product, but unfortunately it did not work for my skin.

I'm a 44 y.o. female with sun/post acne spots. I've tried many products with minimal results. I heard about glycolic acid helping with these issues on Dr. Oz so started looking around. I found the prices at drugstore.com were better than the ones at my local, national chain, beauty store. After reading a lot of reviews here and at other sites I decided to start with a very mild grade peel. Right away I noticed my skin felt softer. I've been using this product for a couple weeks and I've noticed some lightening of the marks. This is so mild FOR ME that I use it daily. Once this is gone I will try stronger peel to see if I get better results.

I use this product once a week following directions carefully. You feel a tingling but the product does not cause peeling or redness. When you rinse your skin feels softer. I use the product in the evening and follow with a good moisturizer.

This product was easy to use, and left my sensitive, combination skin feeling soft as a baby's behind. I wish they'd make more pads available, for the amount of solution (the "peel") is a lot, and the soothing pads stop the action of the solution. Because I have sensitive skin, I use it once a week, instead of the twice recommended, and follow with their moisturizing night cream for two nights. Overall, a great home peel product.

Figured I should start writing some reviews as I find them helpful from other people- so far used this 2x- after the first skin was noticeably softer- even more so after the second and my skin (combo, history of cystic acne that left dark marks- cleared up completely btw by totally cutting ALL dairy and refined sugar out of my diet- so much for the 3 dermatologists who told me diet didn't impact acne!)- anyway- product seems great so far & was very affordable- this seems like a gentle thing to me- at least to my skin- it doesn't burn, goes on very easily (agree w the others- forget the brush- my kitten is currently batting it around)- washes away easily- I did get try patch near my mouth 1st time because I ignored the directions and used it close to my mouth- 2nd time followed directions- no dry patch/peeling- While I realize this is called a "peel"- no peeling here- but that's not really what I was looking for- more just a great exfoliator that would gradually bring newer fresher skin to the surface, stimulate collagen production (from what I've read online glycolic acid is the best thing for that), and fade acne scars- this products seems to be doing that- after just 2 uses- w no irritation- I would follow the directions & def. follow up w/ a good moisturizer- esp if you tend to dry/combo skin- I've also gone heavy on the moisturizer w spf during the day as I follow this up w/ Olay regenerist mini peel scrub- for me- & I don't have super sensitive skin- this is a great combo- This is probably not the product for you if you're looking for super dramatic results (although having my skin actually burn & peel off- even if it looks great later- is not for me)- subtle, nice, effective- yes-

I use this product a few times a week. My skin looks so much brighter and healther. only keep it on for the recommended 5 min it is acid and if don't want to hurt your skin you will follow the direction more does not mean better

This is a gentle product. This is the first time I have used this product and I am on my fourth treatment. I have noticed a difference in the appearance and texture of my skin. The change is subtle, but imporoves with each application.

I have never used a glycolic peel before, so I wasn't sure what the outcome would be. I am pleasantly surprised. After my second child and living in an EXTREMELY hot environment, my skin wasn't what it used to be. I started getting dark spots, enlarged pores and just dry, dull skin. So I decided to switch up my facial routine and bought the Boots No7 line. It truly has worked wonders for my skin and has brought my skin back to life. With two small children, I have limited time to myself. So this only takes 5 minutes twice a week and I feel like I spent an hour getting a professional facial afterwards.
