This is one of my essential products. It is smoothing and lightly exfoliating. It is also very moisturing. It is gentle enough to use every day. I rarely use anything else on a daily basis, and I am very happy with the results.

For all my 62 years of life, almost all of them since 14 or so, I have used the SENSITIVE skin department brand SOAP in MILD at first and then much later, VERY MILD. My skin looked deeply lined and DRY even using that soap!

I bought this after having read about the reputation of BOOTS and how the products do exactly what they say they do. Obviously, I have sensitive skin, very sensitive skin. But this cleansing balm cleansed MUCH better, especially around my eyes, than the soap I had always used! AND my skin felt like velvet! There was very little to do to get the eyeliner off from around the lower lashes (the hardest part!!!!) and those dried out wrinkly,horribly scary things were certainly now gone from around my eyes from my "very mild" hypoallergenic, department brand soap!

I cannot tell you enough that if you have aging skin, or want to PREVENT aging, or have sensitive skin that this gentle, gentle exfoliant and thorough cleansing is what you need. I am so darn impressed with this product and I reign as the QUEEN of PICKY, PICKY. BOOTS is awesome!

BOOTS is awesomely priced soooooooo low! And I would pay the highest of high (La Mer) for my skin care on a regular basis. NO MORE! I'm in love with the new feel of my face. Smooth, smooth, smooth and CLEAN. This is an absolutely awesome product. Oh, BOOTS, how can you do it for such a low price when I would pay five times the amount? THANK YOU. I'll buy one of everything you make for the price of ONE bottle of my current high priced "serum" from the sea....

Oh yeah, read the BOOTS serum reviews. As soon as I go through a ton of EL and LaMer serums, I'm there, all there, BOOTS!

As skin ages, it doesn't necessarily need the harsher Retin A products. Mine reacted quite badly. Something gentle and moisterizing like the Boots 7 Age Defying products. I have used all of the Olay products since I was a teenager, but with over 50 skin, they were just too harsh. I can compare them to Dept. Store products, and for a 1/3 of the cost and equal quality, I'll continue to purchase this line from Boots 7.

I use this every morning & night and follow it with the Boots No7 Lifting & Firming Day Cream SPF8, or Boots No7 Lifting & Firming Night Cream as well as the Lifting & Firming Eye Cream each time. My skin hasn't looked this good in years.

Twice a week I use Boots No7 Advanced Renewal Anti-Ageing Glycolic Peel Kit and my skin is so much more smooth and even.

Very nice! One of the few products I've found that moisturize my skin without causing breakouts. Combo skin is a pain - this product works.

I love Boots products and was very pleased with this one. I have dry, super sensitive skin. I was looking for a gentle cleanser that I could use before going to bed. This one works perfectly.
