I am so happy that the UK Boots No7 products are offered in the US. Boots develops products that use pure ingredients and are inexpensive for the quality offered.
The only con is that I have to sharpen it almost daily and sometimes the end then breaks off. But overall I have found it to be the best eye liner out there right now.
Apply after No7 Eye shadow and before No7 Mascara. Gently lift the brow with the ring finger of one hand, as this will enable you to get the pencil closer to the lashes. Apply small forwards and backwards strokes. Use the smudger to blend, soften and neaten the line or to smudge, creating a 'smokey eye' effect.
