I feel like the container is empty! The is almost no mascara actually going on your lashes. It almost looks like you are not wearing any mascara

It took several coats to get any color. It was gooey and clumpy. Once it dried it started to flake. It started smudging almost immediately. I ended up washing off all of my eye makeup and starting over. I will never use or reccommend any of their makeup.

Asked Boots for a refund on their poor quality MASCARA and this was their reply:

Boots does not offer refunds for general dissatisfaction and apologize for this inconvenience. Everyone has different skin types and will have varying levels of skin change.

This is a very light mascara. Two coats are needed for evening. My lashes feel 100% natural & soft.

Doesn't seem to add any volume, but it does add color & thickness.

I really like this, no spider legs or clumps, just nice, soft, natural lashes.

I much prefer this over the waterproof version. Two coats is all I need to get good definition of my lashes.
