Its oldschool, traditional mascara - no primer, no crazy brush, etc. It doesn't clump, goes on well, curls my lashes, doesn't smudge, and looks great. About the only good thing I can say about it is that it didn't flake and didn't make my eyelashes stiff. Wouldn't buy it again! I've tried a lot of the Boots' Mascaras and this is by far one of my favorite. I only wear waterproof because my eyes tear up a lot. If I use the Soothing Eye Makeup Remover it comes off easily every night. I also wear two coats, it works best that way.
