This blush is great and the brush that comes with it is also perfect for travel since it's small. The best way I've found to use it is to get some color on the lid of the container and get the color on the brush from the top because there's less chance of getting too much color on it then. It is easy to apply too much color if you put the brush where the holes are.

The color as shown on line is off. It is darker than shown and perfect for those who normally purchase a plum shade. Be sure to tap the excess off the brush twice! Just a very fine dusting on the brush will do the trick.
Peel back the sticker that protects the powder, try and keep it as it will stop powder coming through the sifter when you are not using the blusher. With the lid on gently shake the jar so the powder falls through the sifter. Twirl the brush in the powder then tap excess off. Smile & Blend into the cheeks using circular motions in an outward direction.
