Believe me I have tried them all expensive brands, cheap you name it. Especially in the serum department I miserably failed over and over again. So let me describe to you my skin problems. Big pores, fine lines, no 11 between my eyebrows, blotches, not so funny laughlines that I was able to get rid of with Clinique Anti-Gravity (has been d/c however). Dull and dry looking skin. THEN after using this serum in conjuction with the lifting and firming cream this was the result: Softer looker skin, fine lines removed, no more laughlines, forehead furrow is gone, smaller pores, brighter skin and this all in 2 weeks. It literally took 10 years of my face. It is such a craze in Europe and for a reason. I also use the Line filler where it is needed. Amazing results. I higly recommend this to any 40-ish woman like me who's face decided to explode like a Volcano and made you look 60 for no reason. Two downsides however, first this tube is small and a pea size amount does not cut it unless your head is the size of a pea, secondly Boots should announce the burning effect you might feel in the beginning because of the retinyl palmitate. But don't worry that will go away, just cut back on it and then continue again. Why oh why is Boots not sold all over the States? Boots can truly compete with high end department store products and come out a winner and that for half or less the price? I am hooked for life on Boots. I do have acne prone skin so I thought it was just a normal break out. I treated the acne with prescription retin A and they healed a little. I continued to use the serum 1-2 times a day, and my acne came back again, and again. It was persistant dispite the powerful retin A acne treatment, and each time it got worse. At that time I still didn't think the serum was the cause, as I don't have sensitive skin and I rarely have allergic reactions to skincare products. Then I read reviews of some other users who experienced the same skin irritation after using this product. I did some more research, and found out it contains several different forms of paraben, and paraben can use acne, skin irritation and may even be linked to breast cancer! I decided to stop using this serum and switch all my other skincare products to ones that are paraben free. I also stop the retin A treatment temporarily just to see if the acnes would heal on its own. So the next morning, my pimples started to fade. 2-3 days later they were pretty much gone. I don't I'd buy this product again, unless in the future they improve the formula and make a paraben free version. Love this serum!! I have used Arbonne and Lancombe and for me there is no comparison, none! Just because it is not as costly as the others means absolutly nothing! I use the toner, serum, day/night cream. Have not used the eye cream but will get soon. I use the glycolic peel 2x/week and it works great! It is gentle but yet effective:) I highly recommend Boots No 7!

I have not noticed any difference after using it for 2 weeks. It is very lightweight though, so will continue to use the rest of the bottle.

Because of the price reasonableness (at least compared to others at $100+ per bottle) I decided to try and have fallen in love. It's just wonderful and hopefully with continued use will make my complexion luminous, even in my 50's.

I was watching The Doctors and they did a segment on it and I went out immediately and got it. I was a little leery about how they stated it would change your skin...it only took about 3!! I am sold and no longer use the OLAY products. They were really starting to break my skin out.

I hadn't heard of it before, but was pleasantly surprised. It's soothing, perfect for slightly aging skin that needs help retaining moisture and helps make-up look very nice. I will keep using Boots No7!

It's not a surgical face lift, but it visibly reduces the amount of sag around jaw and generally firms the skin. I like that it does not draw the skin tight and dry against the face. You don't need a lot. Dampen face/neck before applying so it spreads quickly and evenly. Otherwise, absorbs too fast. I use 1 petite pea size for forehead/temples; 2 petite pea size covers both sides of face and under jaw; 2 petite pea size covers neck to collarbone. Don't layer it. Experiment. Be sure face is wet.
