I have had female problems since I had my first menses. I found out about 6 or 7 years ago I had PCOS so that explains a lot of my problems. Well, I sometimes go months without having a period, and I really do not like to take any kind of drug, I always try to find an herbal solution first. After not having my period for about four months I decided to try this Wild Yam cream. It took about a week of using this product and I had my period. I have to admit I was a little skeptical at first after reading that it didn't work for some people, but I am glad now that I tried it. This is a wonderful product and I would highly recommend it.
I have used this product for over six years. It keeps me balanced. mood swings, weight gain, lack of sleep, hot flashes, dry skin, vaginal dryness, hair loss are all controlled. Eating very little refined white sugar, starchey white flour foods and overly sweet foods also works together to help me avoid hot flashes. I use it as directed.
Suggested Use: Gently massage 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoonful of cream into the soft parts of the body; including the belly, breasts, inner thigh and under the upper arm. Rotate area of application daily for maximum benefit. For best results apply to clean skin two times daily. Individual needs may vary.
