The inside of my nose used to get dry and sore frequently, sometimes, enough to keep me up at night. I put some Boroleum in at night and it doesn't happen anymore. My nose also heals faster when it does get sore. I also use it before travelling on a plane, which can dry out the nose, and before I swim, when water can rush up the nose. It protects against some of the discomforts in both cases. VS Most Liked Negative Review Very short term relief but little else I purchased Boroleum to diagnose the itchiness of move nasal passages. I've had a long term problem with dry nasal passages and was using vaseline petroleum for several years but found it would do very little to alleviate the symptoms. Boroleum worked for a few months but then it seems to have the same problems with vaseline after over long periods of use. Initially I found there was little or no itchiness with dry nasal passages but soon I had trouble breathing and was blowing my nose almost immediately after applying Boroleum. This nullifies the effectiveness of the product if I have to blow my nose and all cream is wiped off into the tissue. I also had trouble breathing as the cream somehow blocked my nasal passages even after applying only a little. Comments about Boroleum External Analgesic/Skin Protectant, .6 oz: This is an absolutely fantastic product to use to stop dry/itching nasal passages. The menthol may be a little strong to deal with at first, BUT IT WORKS!!! Expect to use this product 3-4 times a day at first, but as time goes on probably only 2x a day. Service and delivery comments: Delivery was prompt and arrived in good condition. Did not have any need to use customer service for this transaction Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend Was this review helpful?
