Simplus is a single-solution arrangement -- combined cleaning, soaking, and rinsing. So this kit contains only one bottle because there is only one bottle. The package is arguably overpriced relative to just buying the larger Simplus bottle and, if necessary, repackaging it -- but repackaging contact lens solutions may not be a good idea. If one doesn't want to repackage, uses Simplus, and needs to carry bottles onto airplanes or other situations requiring very small bottles, this is the answer.

I purchased this "Travel Kit" assuming it contained a small bottle of conditioning solution and a small bottle of cleaner. It only contains a bottle of conditioning solution and a plastic lens case.
Now where do I find the small travel size bottle of cleaner?
