This is the worst conditioner I have ever used. I can't believe the claims this brand makes. I was left confused after my first use. I thought maybe the conditioner I received was defective. This can't even compete with the cheapest generic brand conditioner. This so called conditioner left my hair feeling squeaky and I couldn't run my fingers through my hair during of after my shower. DO NOT PURCHASE.
After shampooing hair, squeeze out excess water. Using a small amount of conditioner in the palm of your hand, rub hands together. Massage thoroughly thru hair from scalp to ends concentrating on the ends. If possible comb through hair. Leave on for 3 minutes. Rinse well. Dry and style as usual.
