I am an adult that needs diapers. They are changed often, especially when I exercise and go out a lot. The paste is primarily for the chaffing. (No matter what anyone says diapers rub with movement) I got my daughter in law a tub for my four grandchildren. I was a little upset when they took the Boric Acid out, but after researching the reason I am quite pleased. It works just as well, just not as fast. Great product.

Our baby got a diaper rash after eating sweet potatoes. After a day and a half of using this diaper cream, the rash was gone. I highly recommend.

My mother is confined to a bed and wears diapers. I started using this because I had $1.00 coupon and a drug store had it on sale. I buy it by the tub instead of the tube. A tub of Butt Paste lasts 4 times longer than the tube that we were getting at a Medical Discount store for $10.00. It works great. My mother does not have any bed sores or diaper rash in the almost 3 years that we have been using it.

I highly recommend this product to anyone caring for an elderly person or someone who has mobilabltiy problems. My mother got pressure sores, then broke out with a rash and deep red/purple bloshes, we tried everything even perscription medication, but nothing work. Until someone told me all she needed was good old butt paste. So I went on line and find this product. Tried it and within two weeks the rash was gone, within month or month and half the two smalles pressue sores were completely gone and the largest was finally showing signes of healing. It has been 6 months now and she has zero pressure sores,the rash has not come back and the deep red/purble bloshes are completely gone. Her butt is back to normal skin color with no signes that anything was every wrong. She still applies the butt paste daily to help pervent pressure sores. The only down side to this product it is very very hard to find the large jars. Thank you thank you Drugstore.com for carring them. Note: I read a couple of review where people side the product has an order. Yes if you stick your nose into the jar it has an order. I recommend not sticking your nose into the jar.

I have used Boudreaux Butt Paste on all three of my children and have always been amazed at how well it worked at preventing and treating any diaper rash. The thick cream always "stayed put" did the job quickly. I ordered 2 tubs of Butt Paste several months ago after the birth of my third child and I was greatly disappointed with the quality and texture of the paste. The paste in both of the canisters is much thinner in texture than any other Boudreaux products that I have bought in the past. This paste almost slides off as soon as I put it on! Also, it has not prevented diaper rash or resolved any diaper rash issues like all of the other tubes/jars of Boudreaux's that I have purchased in the past. I do not know if I got a "bad batch" with this order or if Bourdreax's changed their formula but I do not want to order the product again. I normally rave about Boudreauxs, but this time I do not recommend it at all.

I care for my husband who is disabled,bedbound, 350+lbs. Bedsores--skin fold sores are my worst nightmare. I have tried everything. A healthcare worker recommended this. It is the first and ONLY ointment that has EVER worked. Relieves irritation,heals the skin and prevents further skin breakdown. I use it everyday. Can't be without it.

Love the smell. The jar is much easier to use than tube. It washes off hands much easier than similar petroleum based products.
