very lightly on her breakouts, she is light and very delicate skinned so it is used each and every time she gets changes and that is very often. I am a great grandmother and have raised my 2 children and my husbands 6. Her daddy was raised by me and grandpa. Fourth generation. I am68 years old and in all those years no product off the shelf or by prescription has been able to beat this Butt Paste. Yes, a little bit messy but you cant have it all and if your careful and dont overdue it its not bad. The company that makes this ought to be congragulated.

My daughter has been using this on my grandson for a little over a year now. My 2 year old grandson, Jude, will help his mommy find the tube when he needs it for his irritated bottom. When you squeeze the "butt paste" onto your fingertips, it is velvety smooth. It spreads so easily. In our opinion, this product is a WINNER!

We use every time he has a diaper rash, and it clears things up right away! For cloth diaper parents, use with a small insert next to skin to protect the diaper shell.

I didn't discover this until my daughter turned four. She was having bumps on her bottom. Not really diaper rash, not really sure what it was. But, I got this and put it on her and it cleared up! I also use it if she gets sore in other areas and it works great. My daughter also gets big marks from mosquito bites and I put this on them to help soothe the itch and heal them up. She loves that it doesn't sting and it smells great. It's also good for sore noses from colds and other skin irritations. Also great for dry hands! Love this stuff and use it all the time for all sorts of things!

I used butt paste as a reccommendation from a friend. I had never heard of it until I was pregnant. It has become our lifesaver for my son. He has only had diaper rash once and when we kept using the paste, it was gone in 24 hours. Awesome product!

My daughter had a terrible diaper rash. We tried Desitin, Triple Paste, and an antifungal prescription. The only thing that worked to calm it down and heal it was this Butt Paste. So, I love it. It brought my daughte relief. It's easy to apply and wipe off at diaper changes so you don't have to rub hard and reirriitate the area. We like it. It's been a little over 24 hours and her rash is totally under control now. Probably another day or two and her week long rash will be healed. I'm a fan.
