I called Bounce, they are aware of the problem, told me to rewash the clothes and dry them on a cool setting. I took this off immediately, not worth the time or hassel and got a refund from Bounce. I didn't buy it with the thought of washing clothes twice or drying on a cool setting. Don't have to dispense in washer, don't have to tear sheet off for dryer just load clothes and walk away to next of 100 things you have to do! With larger loads, i find that there is still some static in the clothes so I ended up having to use an additonal dryer sheet. It does leave the clothes smelling fresh though! The Bounce Dryer Bar has set me free!!! No more rouge dryer sheets and my clothing still benefits from a Bounce product. The clothes smell wonderful and are completely static free. It works so great I almost forget it is there. The Bounce Bar won a 2010 Silver Edison Award. It also gets an award from me for consistent performance.
