Been giving my mother this 3 times a day along with coconut oil/gel caps. Liquid vitiams..only one pharm.drug. was taking 12-14 pharm drugs in the begining of the day..6-9 pills in the middle of the day and 10-13 pills at the end of the day. OVER Medicated ?!?! Yea ! Off them! Seems to have slowed down the Alhmiezers..memeory gain...getting closer.Much happier off all the drugs !

I have used this product for several months and honestly believe it is helping my memory, arguably, of course! :-) I had tried DHA in the past without much benefit--this is the first plant sourced DHA that I've seen that contains a dose large enough to be beneficial.

This softgel is very difficult to take because of the strong fishy odor. I have taken the lower dose Neuromins DHA for several years, 200 mg softgels instead of taking any fish oil or krill oil capsules because feeder fish and krill are critical to the balance of life in the bay and ocean. Algal oils are sustainable. Life's DHA is trademarked by the same company that created Neuromins, so I thought it would be equally palatable. It is NOT.
