Im glad I layed out the bucks for the series 7 razor.
Its hands down the best shave I ever had from an electric and the original head lasted nearly two years before it gave an unsatisfactory shave.
I hope this replacement head lasts as long.

There's a lot of talk online about the original cassette with the "blue strip" being so much better than the replacement cassette I figured I needed to post a review here. I have not replaced the cassette since I bought the razer two years ago. When I realized I needed one I went online and read a bunch of negative reviews about the replacement cassettes not being as good as the originals. The bad news is you CANNOT find the original cassettes with the "blue strips" anymore as they are no longer being munufactured. The GOOD NEWS is that this replacement cassette is every bit as good as the original. When I first put it on it was like I was using a brand new razor. Smoothest shave I had in months and no issues whatsoever with snagging or pulling, etc. Great price for this here as well.

I use this product everyday and I not only shave my face but I keep my head clean shaven with it too.I have never found a more reliable brand than Braun and for everyday use it really stands up to the job.Sometimes I miss a day and this shaving head still tackles it easily.I've purchased another brand of wet/dry shaver and it's okay,but the Braun is still the best.

As days meld into weeks and months, one does not give much thought to the fact that their razor heads are wearing. It does not happen over night but it does happen. Bought the replacement head for my Braun, it is like my razor is brand new. WOW! The all in one cassette makes the replacement simple and easy. Do yourself a favor, don't forget to replace your heads.

When you get older, and your beard turns grey, it does now show as much. That's why I finally switched to an electric razer. Shaving is fast, saves money over expensive Gillette blades, and you can even do it twice a day if going out later. It's not as close as the best Gillette manual solutions, but what a time saving and money saving. The Braun Series 7 has an excellent cleaning system. Supplies readily available at DrugStore.com.
