I was concerned that after many years I would not be able to find a replacement head/screen and cutter for my Braun 7526 shaver. This unit fits like the original and improved the shaving quality considerably as I don't have to go over the same area so many times as before.

It was a little hard to find the parts for this shaver, but after a some searching, I realized the packaging had been changed. I ordered two sets so I will have spares for a while. I change the foil and cutter bar every twelve months, even though the directions say they can go 18 months. I have had problems with previous shavers wearing out, especially the foil. This is the best shaver I have had for a long time. I plan on using it until it falls apart. I just hope drugstore.com keeps stocking the parts.

I have the Braun shaver and like it just fine. The most vulnerable part is the shaving foil, which does not last as long as I'd like, forcing me to replace it more often than should be necessary.Braun seems to have pretty good control over the distribution of these things; [$] So, instead of replacing the cutting head and foil at regular intervals as they recommend I usually wait until the foil breaks, which often results in skin cuts before I realize there is a problem.To cut down on the expense, I've decided to grow my beard out again, so hopefully this thing won't need replacing again for awhile.I bought it from drugstore.com because I saved on sales taxes and shipping was free when combined with other purchases to get the total order up to the minimum level.

This is the replacement packaging for the Braun "Series 7000" shaver screen and cutter. I feared that drugstore.com had dropped the Braun offerings when my usual buy was "no longer available" but the nice folks at drugstore.com pointed me to this new packaging and new product number that provides the same parts as before. Braun replacement items have always performed well, never arrived damaged, and I will continue to order them for myself and for relatives.
