Cons Best Uses Comments about Braun Thermoscan Lens Filters, LF-40, 40 ea: It's hard these days to find a good thermometer that is easy to use and read. Most of the battery ear and forehead thermometers use small button batteries that can be difficult to find replacements for. This model uses AA's and virturally every house keeps them in stock. It is easy and quick to use and very accurate. The only drawback is if someone is hard of hearing - without seeing the blinking light, the "im done" beep can be hard to hear. Pros

Comments about Braun Thermoscan Lens Filters, LF-40, 40 ea: It would be nice if someone would state in black and white that all of the Bruan Thermoscan devices could use the same Lens Filters, or which ones can - because then we could shop around and save some money. BUT they don't so we have to do it this way to make sure we get the right filters for our particular units. Comments about Braun Thermoscan Lens Filters, LF-40, 40 ea: These covers are easy to use and required for the ear thermometer to work. Expensive for what they are and make the thermometer expensive to operate because you go through them quickly, but there's no alternative. They do the job. Comments about Braun Thermoscan Lens Filters, LF-40, 40 ea: easy to use thermometer with safe disposable filters (pro and con in the same time). Displaying reviews 1-6 |
