I'm an avid swimmer, and use this product while swimming. I had the Brazilian Blowout treatment done to my hair and my hairstylist told me to put this on underneath my swim cap while swimming. It's still in my hair when I get out and take the cap off! It seems to work well to keep the chlorine from soaking my hair while swimming. Love it!!! It's a bit on the expensive side, but I want my Keratin treatment to last and this seems to do the trick!
