I bought these for my boyfriend and they worked great the first night but results were inconsistent after that. I think they're worth a try if nothing else works for you but again, they didn't always work, they were relatively expensive and we ran out after a couple of weeks which would mean we'd spend a ton on these if we used them every single night. I switched him to a Nettie pot and that's been much more consistent (cheaper too).

My husband says the amount I snore is significantly reduced with these strips. I have asthma and I often snore in a very "weird" manner (not a normal snore). This stops the very hard snores. I don't wake myself up any more. We also travel a lot and this is very good for when we travel.
