These work good, although I should have ordered the smaller size. I did get some irritation on my nose from the adhesive when I wore them two nights in a row.

This replaces my use of nasal spray to keep my nasal passages open while sleeping. I found the spray addictive, after prolonged use I then needed the spray to breathe through my nose. The strip allowed me to discontinue use of the spray completely.
