My husband doesn't go to sleep without one of these on his nose. It hasn't cut down on his snoring altogether, but has greatly diminished it. Makes for a much better night's sleep for me!

I have tried everything to be able to breathe at night. This is the BEST product I have found even though it will "grab" hair at night that can tickle. Also, I have a little allergy to what these are made of (it bothers me a little by morning) BUT, BEING ABLE TO SLEEP THROUGH THE NIGHT IS WORTH ANY SMALL PROBLEMS!
