Breathe Right Strips work great. I have serious sinus problems and they are the only thing that has ever worked for me. You must figure out the correct placement on your particular nose. Use the guide that comes with the strips, but then play around with slightly different placements. It took me a little while, but now I know exactly where to place it on my nose. I also cut off the ends that can be annoying and they still work great. You can try cutting it in various ways to make it work for you if you can't find a size that's perfect for you. Great product. If they ever take it off the market, I honestly don't know what I will do.

The Breathe Right strips are excellent for those who have trouble breathing due to a cold, allergies, or even when exercising. The adhesive on the strips is strong enough to adhere without feeling that your skin is being stretched. The only problem I had with the nasal strips was that they were too big for my nose, so the effects were not as great. I would recommend this item, though, as an alternative to medication.

I bought these last week for the first time. Allergy season has come around and along with sneezing attacks, I get a plugged up nose. I put on a breathe right strip, and like magic, my nose clears up. Highly recommended.

Saved my relationship! He snores, and I don't sleep well anyway. With my poor health, I can't afford to go without sleep. Until he started using these Breathe Right strips (and snoring FAR less, when at all), our relationship was nearly doomed.

The strip helps me breath easier without hurting my skin and with no medication needed. I would make sure your nose is dry (without any cream) when you wear the strip, or else the strip will fall off.

This product was great at clearing up stuffiness and I used it mostly when playing sports. They helped me breathe through my nose better. The drawback is that the strips tend to start coming off when you sweat. The ends lift up and it gets so annoying you just pull it off. I don't snore but I do breathe heavily while sleeping and it did help with that. Another drawback: the cost is pretty high.
