This product was okay. I think it may have improved the air flow through my nose a little bit, but not significantly. The first night that I wore it the strip fell off.

These are GREAT! The regular strips work well but if you have extra congestion from a cold or allergy the menthol will help clear your passages. Just be sure to rub it to release the vapors.

I love the strips as they really do help you breathe better at night. The mentholated strips were not worth it to me as I could barely even make out the scent.

During a recent bout with the flu, even with flu medication and a hard-working humidifier, I still couldn't sleep until I tried these strips. They work wonders! I was thinking about wearing them all day long, but thought better of it! Anyway, great product, highly recommend!

These things work great. I had a bad cold that prevented me from breathing through my nose at night. I wasn't getting any sleep, so I thought I would give these a try. I immediately noticed a difference, and they kept my nasal passages open for the entire 8 hours that I slept. I was finally able to get some sleep! Would recommend these to anyone.

My husband tried these recently and noticed that his nighttime congestion was much relieved. Compared to the regular Breathe Right strips, there was definite improvement. On top of being able to sleep better I noticed that his snoring is practically now nonexistent. So, I definitely recommend this product if your husband has nighttime congestion that causes snoring. You'll both sleep better.

A real must when you're sick and congested. My husband really likes the Vick's Vapors on it. I have such trouble breathing at night when I am sick, and this really helps me a lot. I only gave it 4 outta 5 stars because removal is tough. It really sticks (which it's supposed too), but just use hot water to remove and that helps a lot.

I have allergies, and these nasal strips are a good way for me to breathe freely without taking medication that can leave me feeling woozy or all dried-up. Just make sure that your nose is clean and dry before you put one on, and be sure to position it following the instructions.

I guess I am "lucky" in that I just happened to get a cold when I got my nasal strips. I thought I'd like that the nasal strips where made with Vicks but it didn't seem to be enough to make a huge difference. But then again I was REALLY stuffed up. Using regular Vicks Vapor Rub gave me more relief. I think that for mild congestion this product might be more beneficial.
