I haven't noticed much difference in my skin, however (A) the adhesive isn't as effective, and (B) this adhesive is even more difficult to remove than that of the tan's. My sister-in-law suggested them because I have a hard time breathing out of my nose (slightly crooked). Wow. What a difference. Plus, I feel like I can breathe better through my nose during the day even after I take it off - maybe because there's a "clear passage" for breathing at night? Also, in the winter, my one nostril would get irritated inside... not when I use the breathe right strips. LOVE! Pros

I have a deviated septum, and once I tried the strips, I never slept without them again. I'm stocking up in case they are ever discontinued. The small/medium clear strips work perfectly for me (a female); the newer Advanced strips are too large and agressive. To get good adhesion, wash nose skin with soap and dry thoroughly before applying. To make them especially easy to remove, put a tiny piece of tissue over the middle part, thus creating what looks like a small adhesive bandage. Only the ends need to stick.  Pros

My husband says that I used to snore lightly at times, and using Breathe Right, I no longer snore! I also don't wake myself up due to having a closed airway. These regular strips don't open up my nasal passages as much as the "advanced strips" but they are still effective. The advanced strips were harder to take off and did leave my skin a bit irritated. The regular strips tend to stick better and leave my skin less irritated. Pros

Easy to put on, easy to pull off in the morning. I've tried other products, but these are simple and get the job done. I don't ever want to run out of them! Pros

Comments about Breathe Right Nasal Strips, Small/Medium, Clear, 30 ea: I can't lie on my right side if I don't use these because of a previously broken nose that has closed up one nostril. I asked my doctor about these when they first came out and he thought it was ridiculous. They work great. I can breathe when I use them. Just goes to prove doctors don't know everything!
