I simply use a damp cloth and dry thoroughly. You will LOVE these things especially when the next time you have a cold and try to lay down to go to sleep. Forget the decongestants...you won't need them. These are a bit pricey but insist on brand name only. The others do not work and stick as well as BreathRight. I also use them when I fly. Really helps relieve the pressure. I've used them for years & will continue. I do like the original ones.....don't like any of the new ones. Comments about Breathe Right Nasal Strips, SM/MED, Tan, 30 ea: I purchased these for my husband, and he reports that they are terrific. He is an allergy sufferer and snores terribly. Since using these, I have noticed that his snoring has lessened considerably. He says that the one and only tricky thing is getting used to how to place it on your nose, because once you stick it on, you can't really pull it off and re-stick it. It's not a cure for Sleep Apnea but it certainly has made a HUGE difference for him. He is now setting the alarm clock because he's afaid of over sleeping, which has never happened. So, good night sleep, better attitude, less stress, more alert, makes for a HAPPY wife and co-workers have thanked me!
