These strips are great! I suffer congestion and already have a small nasal passage. Once I put on the strip I can actually breathe through my nose comfortably. I have even worn them around the house during the day on days with bad congestion - it's amazing how much relief is provided just by being enabled to breath more easily. I also prefer the original tan. The clear strips don't stick as well and tend to leave more gunk on your nose in the morning.

I have a deviated septum and it disrupts my sleep so I decided to try the Nasal Strips. They work good, but make sure your nose is clean & dry before applying and they are difficult to remove. I find a warm & wet washcloth applied under one side and work your way across is the best way.

I love Breathe Right Nasal Strips. I have sinus problems & it really helps me to sleep w/o waking up all stopped up. I also use them when I fly. Really helps relieve the pressure. I've used them for years & will continue. I do like the original ones.....don't like any of the new ones.

I purchased these for my husband, and he reports that they are terrific. He is an allergy sufferer and snores terribly. Since using these, I have noticed that his snoring has lessened considerably. He says that the one and only tricky thing is getting used to how to place it on your nose, because once you stick it on, you can't really pull it off and re-stick it.

I got these for my husband who is skeptical about everything. It's not a cure for Sleep Apnea but it certainly has made a HUGE difference for him. He is now setting the alarm clock because he's afaid of over sleeping, which has never happened. So, good night sleep, better attitude, less stress, more alert, makes for a HAPPY wife and co-workers have thanked me!
