It always gives instant relief if you eat too much or for general indigestion. I would not recommend any antacid for daily use. Any requirement for daily use should be checked out by a doctor. VS Most Liked Negative Review It's no Bromo Seltzer I was hoping this would be like Bromo Seltzer, which I can't find. It works almost as well but I don't care for the lemony flavor.
