The individual packets make it easy to carry along, and keeps it fresh longer. The bottle tends to go stale after a while in the medicine cabinet, especially when you take it only with stomach upsets. It may be a little expensive buying the packets but considering it stays fresher longer makes it cost-effective; no waste. Service and delivery comments: Love drugstore.com. When I can't find something in my neighborhood drug store I turn to them. Delivery is fast. The catalogue of products is extensive.
