The labeling states that it is MOST effective if used within an hour of bruising---I used both the serum and the tube within three minutes (as long as it took to get to the stuff) and it did absolutely nothing---this stuff is about the same effectiveness as Vit K cream and Arnica gel. I also do not believe my skin is getting any thicker or healthier than usual with the use of the serum every night. The labeling appears to be misleading---esp to those of us who are elderly and with very thin skin due to age. I was quite disappointed in this product and it left me about [$] poorer.

I bought Bruise Relief to prevent bruising and found it worked great for me. Then I read that the product could also be used for treating dark circles. Bruise Relief diminished my dark circles quickly.

At 45 I thought dark circles were just a fact of life for me so I'm happy to have found this great product that works but doesn't carry the big price tag of other under eye creams

I used this product under my eyes for a couple of week and I have definitely noticed a difference. The dark circles are much lighter than before I started using the product. I just put on right before I went to bed, very easy to use. The only thing I didn't like was how goopy it felt.

So far I've only tried this product on my under eye circles and did not see any improvement there. It sounded promising and I liked that the list of ingredients was short and simple (I find these type of products usually work best), but it just didn't seem worth the bother to use. The formula is very thick, and unlike the claim in the product heading, it does not absorb at all. When I wore it during the day I could feel it and when I tried to use makeup over, it turned into a big mess. So I used it just at night for 2 weeks and didn't see any results. It may be that the product would perform better for skin on other parts of the body when used for bruises so I'll keep it around for that but for under eye circles, it just didn't cut the mustard.

I don't think this helped my bruises go away completely any faster, although I think it did make them lighten up more quickly than normal. I do like it for dark under eye circles. I've only been using it for less than a month and I can see some improvement in that area - they look less dark and I think I look less tired.

While it's hard to say if your brusie is actually healing faster than normal I do like the way this works under my eyes. A little goes a very long way and the serum leaves your skin feeling hydrated and less puffy - It also seems to lighten the bruised look so common to under your eyes. I like this much better than the expensive eye creams. Be careful not to get it in your eyes though - that stings!
