This is SO good. I mix mine in the blender with liquid egg whites (not raw) and a little ice. I have also tried the vanilla cream and it is really flavorful too. As far as taste these do not even compare to other protein shakes. They help curb hunger and satisfy a sweet tooth. Yum!

I've tried a lot of protein shakes and I have to say this is one of my favorites for sure! I put it in the bender with some milk and ice and it comes out with the consistency of a milkshake...not to mention it tastes awesome! I would definitely recommend this!

WOW! I was a little hesitant about trying these products so I purchased the "trail packs" and the first packet I tried was the Banana Cream. This is the BEST protein supplement I have ever tasted... EVER! It's so yummy it doesn't taste artificial or bad in any way. I almost feel guilty drinking it! I will be buying this item in the full size and enjoying every bit of it! Not only does it taste awesome but it does exactly what it says! Totally recommend it!
Recommended use for males: As a dietary supplement, take 2 heaping scoops ( equaling approximately 40 grams of protein) with 8-10oz of cold water or any beverage of your choice. Vary the amount of liquid to achieve your desired consistency. Drink 2-4 servings daily, or as needed to satisfy your protein or muscle enhancing requirements. To increase your protein intake per serving and to achieve an amazing milk shake taste, use non-fat or low fat milk.
