It is pretty strong as far as the caffeine component so I recommend starting out with less than half the dose which is what I use, to check your tolerance. Only use on days that you are actually working out especially for anerobic exercise. Con: creatine works as a supplement, however it has been shown to retain water. During my first week of use, I've been able to increase the weight on just about every exercise in my 5 day routine.
