This puff is great for exfoliating that post-Winter skin everyone gets and is very good when treating keratosis pilaris. Also, at the price it is, you can afford to change them out every couple of weeks as recommended.

Makes my skin feel smoother and cleaner than anything else. I order them in bulk to get the free shipping. Every few years I try something else - usually a gift - but go back to Buf-Pufs. I use the blue side on my feet, my ankles and the spots where I get ingrown hairs. Extra vitamin D got rid of the "winter bumps" on my elbows, so I don't have to scrub them hard anymore. These last for a good 2 months, but then the "pilling" builds up. I save a few old ones for travel. If I forget and leave it behind, I don't care. If your skin is too sensitive, use the facial Buf-Puf. But I've used these for 30 years and love them.

Wow - Buf-Puf takes me back! Yes, it's not very soft, but I like the "scouring." I don't use it on my face (although once upon a time I did). Much easier than packing a big poofy bath poof, I use this for travel, so I'm not over exfoliating every day.

The 2 sided buf puf is truly a "weapon" in skin care. The green side is very harsh, great for taking off paint, oil, and... scars. Been using it for many years, and have managed to eradicate a 4 inch burn scar on my lower leg I thought I would have forever, plus most acne scars from my teens. Seems to remove wrinkles and makeup equally well; I get comments on how young I look all the time, and this is the reason. Yes it's a tough treatment, but SoCal sun and my 51 years need a real answer. Soft side works well too if green is too rough, your choice. My husband prefers the softer side, both my teeneagers have to have one. Puf lasts about 2-3 months. Rinses easily, works with any liquid or solid soaps. I order these in bulk from Drugstore.com because they just aren't carried anywhere in retail in my area (San Diego) And I get a Great price!

I use this with the handle accessory to exfoliate my back about once a week, I've actually had the same one for over two years, I laundered it with my white clothes a few times, adding a small amount of chlorine bleach to the load and haven't had any problems with the texture or deterioration. Great product.
