I finally bought this body sponge after reading the reviews, over and over, for about three months. I am so happy that I bought it. I have used it for about three weeks, almost daily, in the shower. I put a small amount of body wash on it before using. I mainly use it on the back of my arms where I have always had those little bumps that never seem to go away. I can say today, my arms are much smoother. The bumps have disappeared and my skin is amazingly soft to the touch. I use the more abrasive side and I don't have to scrub too hard. It does the job just fine without irritating my skin. With the first few uses the sponge did feel rough, but I did get used to it and it's great!!!! I would not hesitate buying one of these. I will definitely buy again.

I apply soap to it and gently wash my face using the blue side to loosen any ingrown hairs, rinse off the soap, apply the shaving cream and the shave is smooth. After the shave, I use the the white side to exfoliate any residual ingrown hairs that were missed the first time. Then in between shave which is usually 2 days I use it everytime I shower to prevent do preventive maintenance . It keeps my skin smooth and bump free like my girlfriend likes it.
Only downfall price and availabilty. They used to be in every drugstore now I have to buy on line. Which means i have to pay for shipping also.

This is the BEST body scrubber ever! Its so easy to use! I put soap all over my body then scrub away! You feel so squeaky clean after a long day! I use mine every other day because I have sensitive skin. If you want clean and soft skin use this followed by sesame seed oil, you'll love your skin when you wake up!

Works better than any other product of its type. It costs a little more but it lasts longer so that evens things out. Great to use before sunless tanners for an even application, teenage body acne, bumpy skin hairy people get,sloughing sunburned pealing skin.

Nice product, way better at exfoliating than any body scrub that I have ever used. Be careful not to use it too much as it can be a little harsh if you scrub too hard too often. Moisturizing afterwards is a must as it can make your skin feel a bit dry and uncomfortable afterwards if not.
Lather sponge with warm water and your favorite bath soap or gel.
Gently cleanse your skin with slow, circular motions. Use the white side for all-over skin cleansing, the blue side for areas that need special attention like elbows, knees and feet.
Thoroughly rinse and air dry sponge. Use daily for best results, replacing sponge every 4-6 weeks.
