I have used it for about three weeks, almost daily, in the shower. I put a small amount of body wash on it before using. I mainly use it on the back of my arms where I have always had those little bumps that never seem to go away. I can say today, my arms are much smoother. The bumps have disappeared and my skin is amazingly soft to the touch. I use the more abrasive side and I don't have to scrub too hard. It does the job just fine without irritating my skin. With the first few uses the sponge did feel rough, but I did get used to it and it's great!!!! I would not hesitate buying one of these. I will definitely buy again. VS Most Liked Negative Review I would buy this product again...but I apply soap to it and gently wash my face using the blue side to loosen any ingrown hairs, rinse off the soap, apply the shaving cream and the shave is smooth. Puf is less messy than scrubs and more effective but I do disinfect w/antibacterial gels after each use, dry in sunshine for hygienic use. I alternate use of 2 to allow 1 to dry. I destroy those flimsy poofs that my wife would buy to use with the shower body wash. Sometimes the first time I would use them they would come apart and have a 3 foot tail of mesh. I've tried natural sponges, shower mitts, luffa sponges, etc. and nothing holds the body wash and lathers while giving a decent scrub over your skin like this product. Pros
