I have used it for about three weeks, almost daily, in the shower. I put a small amount of body wash on it before using. I mainly use it on the back of my arms where I have always had those little bumps that never seem to go away. I can say today, my arms are much smoother. The bumps have disappeared and my skin is amazingly soft to the touch. I use the more abrasive side and I don't have to scrub too hard. It does the job just fine without irritating my skin. With the first few uses the sponge did feel rough, but I did get used to it and it's great!!!! I would not hesitate buying one of these. I will definitely buy again. VS Most Liked Negative Review I would buy this product again...but I apply soap to it and gently wash my face using the blue side to loosen any ingrown hairs, rinse off the soap, apply the shaving cream and the shave is smooth. I have dry skin, and it is an excellent exfoliator--I have used it every day in the shower since day one. I highly recommend using it! It's also great for helping to raise the hair on my legs so I only have to use soap for shaving and don't have to buy expensive shave gels or foams. Drugstore.com is the ONLY place I have been able to find replacement sponges. There is no grocery, discount or drugstore in our area (Denver) that sells them--and believe me, I've searched! PLEASE don't discontinue carrying them!!!!!! Pros

Its very ergonomic, especially for scrubbing the back area!!! I use this almost every day!!! The little drawback, like what some people have said, is that the Velcro thing is not very secure so try not to keep changing the sides or it will not stick eventually. Maybe you should buy 2 of the handles, one with the white part and one with the blue part if you want to use both sides!! But for me, Im only using the white side so it works well for me.
