I have used it for about three weeks, almost daily, in the shower. I put a small amount of body wash on it before using. I mainly use it on the back of my arms where I have always had those little bumps that never seem to go away. I can say today, my arms are much smoother. The bumps have disappeared and my skin is amazingly soft to the touch. I use the more abrasive side and I don't have to scrub too hard. It does the job just fine without irritating my skin. With the first few uses the sponge did feel rough, but I did get used to it and it's great!!!! I would not hesitate buying one of these. I will definitely buy again. I will be purchasing more with my next order! I've already thrown out my usual pouf in favor of this gem of a product! Using as instructed, those annoying little bumps on the back of my arms and upper thighs have disappeared! My skin is now smooth and soft! I still had one more in my bathroom so I called the 800# on the back of the box and had the company mail me a brochure listing their products and how to order direct. I am 54 years old and worst case; some people think I am 40, however most think I am only in my 30's. I use the body puff for exfoliation for sunless tanning lotion and as a face and body cleanser on a daily basis. My skin is soft as a baby and very smooth and young looking. It not only keeps my body, face and feet soft, young looking and smooth, but it also saves on face and body cleaners because you use very little when using the Buf-Puf. I don't recommend using any of the less gentle versions of the Pufs if you have sunburn, for obvious reasons, but for overall great skin, the Buf-Puf is by far the best. Been using them for 25 years! I decided to buy this and it really helped. Turns out all I needed was to exfoliate my back to avoid the pimples. This does the trick. It's sturdy and it rinses well. Throw away expensive scrubs (unless you like the smell of them) this makes your skin as soft as silk. Gets rid of ugly bumps under your upper arms, ladies. No more scaly patches and itchy loose winter skin. I bet it is GREAT for African Americans, too---ashiness would not stand a chance against a Buf Puf. I am only sorry that my local drugstore does not carry the full sized Buf Puf anymore. They are missing the boat. All of the fancy fuffy things they sell can't hold a candle to the 3M Buf Puf. Viva al Buf Puf! Comments about Buf-Puf Double-Sided Body Sponge, 1 ea: This is the best one for me. If you want to make it last longer do not squeeze the sponge at all. Just make sure you rinse it really well and then SHAKE. Do NOT squeeze or wring out. I rinse then shake then rinse again then shake again. This sponge makes my skin feel silky smooth!
