I have used it for about three weeks, almost daily, in the shower. I put a small amount of body wash on it before using. I mainly use it on the back of my arms where I have always had those little bumps that never seem to go away. I can say today, my arms are much smoother. The bumps have disappeared and my skin is amazingly soft to the touch. I use the more abrasive side and I don't have to scrub too hard. It does the job just fine without irritating my skin. With the first few uses the sponge did feel rough, but I did get used to it and it's great!!!! I would not hesitate buying one of these. I will definitely buy again. My skin feels so soft, so silky just like a baby. I didnt think it was possible to have such soft skin. I also purchased the back applicator which is great. I used to get little pimples on my upper arms and back. Since using the Buf-Puf they seem to have disappeared or lightened up dramatically. Truly a great product for the price and I will continue to use it for years to come.
