I have used it for about three weeks, almost daily, in the shower. I put a small amount of body wash on it before using. I mainly use it on the back of my arms where I have always had those little bumps that never seem to go away. I can say today, my arms are much smoother. The bumps have disappeared and my skin is amazingly soft to the touch. I use the more abrasive side and I don't have to scrub too hard. It does the job just fine without irritating my skin. With the first few uses the sponge did feel rough, but I did get used to it and it's great!!!! I would not hesitate buying one of these. I will definitely buy again. I don't feel clean unless I have used my Buf Puf. I love the way my skin feels after using it. Everyone should have a Buf Puf in their bathroom! I really haven't noticed a difference in my skin. When using other exfoliant sponges, my skin immediately felt silky to the touch. I cannot say the same with this product. Follow with a good moisturizer, and you'll be set. The down side is that it doesn't wear very well ... after fewer than 2 weeks, mine looks like I should toss it. I may try to keep it for a month, then replace it for sanitary reasons. On the up side, this puff does a killer job scrubbing the tub and bathroom floor when it's too worn out to use on your body. I use it every other day, and I saw results after a week. It's inexpensive and works better than the other lotions, scrubs, and sponges I've tried. I also have extremely oily skin, and the Buff-Puff works great at exfoliation, which greatly reduces breakouts. Now that I'm in my mid-forties, many people tell me that I look at least 10 years younger than I am. I give credit to the Buff-Puff and genetics (having oily skin). I bought this buf puf and used it for 2 weeks, and it's already discolored and dirty with the skin follicles. IT'S THAT GOOD. That means for all these years, the regular puffs were just a waste. Using the white side on my face has helped keeping the ravages of time at bay. If you have ever seen the ads for the Susan Lucci thing, this buf puff and a good moisturizer do the same or better than that product (I have tried it too) at a fraction of the cost.
