I have used it for about three weeks, almost daily, in the shower. I put a small amount of body wash on it before using. I mainly use it on the back of my arms where I have always had those little bumps that never seem to go away. I can say today, my arms are much smoother. The bumps have disappeared and my skin is amazingly soft to the touch. I use the more abrasive side and I don't have to scrub too hard. It does the job just fine without irritating my skin. With the first few uses the sponge did feel rough, but I did get used to it and it's great!!!! I would not hesitate buying one of these. I will definitely buy again. Follow with a good moisturizer, and you'll be set. The down side is that it doesn't wear very well ... after fewer than 2 weeks, mine looks like I should toss it. I may try to keep it for a month, then replace it for sanitary reasons. On the up side, this puff does a killer job scrubbing the tub and bathroom floor when it's too worn out to use on your body.
