I have used it for about three weeks, almost daily, in the shower. I put a small amount of body wash on it before using. I mainly use it on the back of my arms where I have always had those little bumps that never seem to go away. I can say today, my arms are much smoother. The bumps have disappeared and my skin is amazingly soft to the touch. I use the more abrasive side and I don't have to scrub too hard. It does the job just fine without irritating my skin. With the first few uses the sponge did feel rough, but I did get used to it and it's great!!!! I would not hesitate buying one of these. I will definitely buy again. VS Most Liked Negative Review I would buy this product again...but I apply soap to it and gently wash my face using the blue side to loosen any ingrown hairs, rinse off the soap, apply the shaving cream and the shave is smooth. Comments about Buf-Puf Double-Sided Body Sponge, 1 ea: I gave up on those netted sponges because they don't exfoliate, and they're all made in China. I've been using the Buf-Puf for a couple of years now and have no complaints nor intentions to change to any other product. It's great for daily use if your skin isn't too sensitive; for example, I don't use it on my decollete, face, or nether regions. But for the arms, hands, legs, and feet it's great to keep your skin smooth. It also lathers well with either bar soap or shower gel. My only complaint is I wish it lasted longer; but to support products made in the USA, I'll gladly continue to purchase and use this product.  Pros

Comments about Buf-Puf Double-Sided Body Sponge, 1 ea: I use this almost everyday. It lathers up great and feels like it's really exfoliating well. My only two things about it are a) that the soap seems to "migrate" from one side of the sponge to the other so you have to either flip the sponge over or put more soap on and b) it feels a bit rougher than I expected. As long as you lighten up on your touch, though, it's fine. Would definitely recommend it. Pros

I have very dry skin and this seems to help considerably well, especially in winter. I used it on arms, legs and feet. My skin feels clean and soft after using in the shower.
