I have used it for about three weeks, almost daily, in the shower. I put a small amount of body wash on it before using. I mainly use it on the back of my arms where I have always had those little bumps that never seem to go away. I can say today, my arms are much smoother. The bumps have disappeared and my skin is amazingly soft to the touch. I use the more abrasive side and I don't have to scrub too hard. It does the job just fine without irritating my skin. With the first few uses the sponge did feel rough, but I did get used to it and it's great!!!! I would not hesitate buying one of these. I will definitely buy again. VS Most Liked Negative Review I would buy this product again...but I apply soap to it and gently wash my face using the blue side to loosen any ingrown hairs, rinse off the soap, apply the shaving cream and the shave is smooth. I've been using this product for at least 15 years and drugstore.com is the only place where I can consistently find it. Don't let anyone kid you; men want healthy skin too. This product is great for washing my face right before a shave. I used to have dry patches on my forehead but no more. My baby loves feeling the smoothness of my skin. Please don't ever stop selling this product, drugstore.com. It helps keep a relationship health as well as the skin. (smile!) Pros

BufPuf has been around for a long time - before all of the actual exfoliating lotions, soaps, etc. came on the market - so I was familiar with the brand. I have recently discovered that my husband has started using it so I think I will have to order more than one! The only suggestion I have to improve the product would be to market a more durable Puf & market it to men! It's wearing out more quickly with the rougher "masculine" usage! Pros

Comments about Buf-Puf Double-Sided Body Sponge, 1 ea: I have one in my back scrubber (they also have a handle which holds these round buffers), and one loose in the shower. It's the only way I can reach my back. I like the durability of these buffers and they are simple to keep clean. I use the loose buffer on my face, then flip it over to the blue side for my arms and legs/feet. My only complaint is that they don't curve enough to easily hit all my curves fast, but I have found an inexpensive pair of the shower "gloves" (not buff puff, unfortunately) added to the buffer takes care of exfoliation everywhere! Quick, clean and out in a flash.. Pros
