I have used it for about three weeks, almost daily, in the shower. I put a small amount of body wash on it before using. I mainly use it on the back of my arms where I have always had those little bumps that never seem to go away. I can say today, my arms are much smoother. The bumps have disappeared and my skin is amazingly soft to the touch. I use the more abrasive side and I don't have to scrub too hard. It does the job just fine without irritating my skin. With the first few uses the sponge did feel rough, but I did get used to it and it's great!!!! I would not hesitate buying one of these. I will definitely buy again. VS Most Liked Negative Review I would buy this product again...but I apply soap to it and gently wash my face using the blue side to loosen any ingrown hairs, rinse off the soap, apply the shaving cream and the shave is smooth. It's a really great exfoliator and much more convenient than having to use a separate scrub along with my normal body wash. The only con I see is that it kind of holds on to all the dead skin it collects and there's no real way to clean it. I guess you could soak it in bleach or something but it's so cheap it doesn't seem worth the trouble. I figure I'll just throw it away after a few weeks and keep a stockpile of them under the sink. The box states that it should last about 6 weeks but mine usually starts to wear out (fray) in about 4 weeks and I use the sponge every other day (daily use would irritate my skin). Pros
