Since puberty, I have had oily skin. I use the Buf Puf every day with my face soap. My face soap has changed over the years but not my use of Buf Puf.
I have been overzealous at times and scrubbed the upper layer of skin from spots but I have found what works for me. Hot water, Buf Puf, and a face soap in the morning shower. Hot water and face soap at night. I am a normal looking person with well kept skin. Don't want to find out what that same skin would look like without my simple regime.
I use the bath sponge Buf Puf makes too.

I started using Buf-Puf back in the late-1970s on the recommendation of a girlfriend who had the facial skin of a goddess, and I've used it ever since.

Unlike most products that change over time, using gimmicks, additives and unnecessary features, Buf-Puf has stayed true to it's original design concept...simple, easy-to-use and VERY effective.

Use it every day with a mild soap like Ivory, and you can't go wrong. If this product is ever discontinued, I'll be the guy sending the angry
emails or protesting in front of the building.

I used to have EXTREMELY oily skin. It was so oily people would ask me why I was sweating in the middle of the cold winter! This product is a Godsend! I use it gently TWICE a day with the Alphahyrox Foaming Face Wash. I also use the Alphahyrox 10% Oil Free Formula along with the Citrix Antioxidant Sunscreen spf 30 in the morning. In the evening after cleansing I use the 2.5% Proactiv Repairing Treatment. All these products used together have really helped to control the extreme oiliness and acne I used to get. Another bonus is that I also constantly get mistaken for someone in their late 20's to early 30's and I'm 41 years old! This product is the best!

My skin is oily. I use the Buf-Puf every evening. Get a clean surface to sleep in. I tried using in the morning shower and tended to over scrub, not always wide awake, I guess. You must be careful because you can take off more than just the dead skin, oil and dirt from the day. The puf is just the right size for my hand by design I imagine. I have had to close my mind to the price increase over the years with this product. It works for me so I will buy it no matter how much it costs, but I look for the best price which right now is at drugstore.com

I have wash my face daily with my bufpuf for 30 years. I had bad acne as a teen & at 631/2 yrs old, I have great skin with very few wrinkles. People tell me I look 10 years younger than I am. I love love my Buf Puf

In 1974 my girlfriend recommended Buf-Puf to me and I've used it almost every morning since. I'm a 56 year old young man and I use it/recommend it because it simply works! No additives, no chemicals, no fancy packaging...just the most reliable prooduct in my home.

I have been using the Buf Puf for 20 years or more. It is a great daily exfoliator. Add your favorite soap and it takes away all the excess dead skin from any part of the body or face. It is especially nice in the winter to rid your ashy legs of the excess dry skin before applying lotion. I would and have recommended this product to anyone with acne prone skin, dry skin or oily skin. Use it everyday on your face and you will notice a difference right away.
