I absolutely love Bumkins Superbibs. They are light weight and comfortable for the child to wear. They last for years. I have used the same 3 Bumkins Superbibs for 5 years and 2 kids. They are machine washable, but it is easier to just rinse them off in the kitchen sink after meals and let them dry. If you also get the Bib Drying Rack to hang them on, they will be dry by the next meal. That way, you only have to own 1-2 bibs per child (instead of an entire drawer full).
We adore these bibs! We have the fancy molded ones from Baby Bjorn, other pocket bibs and standard cloth ones and these are the only ones we still use. They are really soft fabric so they tuck into a high chair easily and don't get all stiff around baby's neck. The pocket flops open so food actually falls into it and not into the lap. Throw them in the washer (and they even survive a couple accidental trips in the dryer), hang up and they are ready to reuse in a couple of hours. Even though the fabric is soft, they are really waterproof. Can easily tuck in your purse or even my husband sticks in a back pocket to have ready when we go out to eat. Love love love!
