This is my first pregnancy, and I was concerned about taking a prenatal vitamin (mainly because I get sick to my stomach when I take vitamins sometimes, and with pregnancy nausea added in the mix, I wasn't sure if I would be able to keep them down). This product was recommended by my midwife, and I'm so glad that I heard about it. I mix it with half a glass of juice and drink it every morning. Doesn't taste bad, doesn't make me sick, and supposedly has high potency. It does have to be refrigerated, which isn't a problem unless you have to take it with you on a trip. Definitely a great product!

Let me start off by saying that I am not pregnant. I take this as my daily source of vitamins and minerals. Some people say that you should only take prenatal vitamins if you are pregnant and advise against it if you aren't. With having studied biology in undergrad, I can assure you that your body will discard any excess minerals and vitamins that it can not use, and although you can have too much of a vitamin or mineral, in these amounts, you won't be harmed.
Although looking at the vitamins in my big spoon reminds me of yucky things....to have everything that this has in it, this doesn't taste bad at all. I feel good in knowing that I'm taking care of my body and that I've found an alternative the the horse pills that I usually find in other prenatal supplements.
Caveat* I personally take extra calcium in addition to this because it's not enough.

This is a nice product I like it because combined with the chews I feel amazing. I have so much energy, I dont feel ran down and tired, and I stopped having weird cravings. I dont have to take a pill and it is loaded with essential vitamins a nutrients. It has a taste of yummy/ juicy mixed with gritty vitamin, but it DOES NOT make me sick. I look foward to taking it.When I take it with juice it is undetectable. Im very satisfied with it. This product has a consistency of a gritty juice. The mutiple flavors pair well together. When I take it, I dont feel like it's a treat. However, it's not bad either. I think it would be really good in a smoothie, I plan to try it that way soon. When you take it without mixing it with a drink, the texture will make you want to chase with a beverage. Any aftertaste vanishes with a sip of juice.
